My Illustration discipline is the bridge between the mind's eye and the camera lens; when illustrating, I build that bridge when an idea or visual concept challenges the camera beyond its capacities. Illustration acts as a conduit of emotion and mood that photography finds elusive. When a concept dictates looking beyond what we perceive as reality, illustration jump-starts the intellectual process to create a world where reality is only regulated by the imagination of the creative pushing the media.
